I have been working at a university for the last seven years and we have finally gone through renovations on our campus that allowed us to update our classroom and office furniture. I have been working with Desk Chairs that no longer roll and completely uncomfortable, and desks with broken drawers. Also, the students have to endure the pain of the horrid metal desk chairs that haven’t been updated since the 1960s or 70s. Fortunately, the faculty was able to vote on the new furniture because we are the ones who know what hasn’t worked, and who know what we would need. I originally wanted a sprung chair with cloth netting on the back for comfort, but the one that has been chosen is a leather memory foam type of chair that makes me never want to stand up. As for the students desks and chairs, they are more comfortable, but still not as soothing to make sure they don’t fall asleep during a lecture.

I have worked in advertising for many years. I have perfected the craft. Now I can efficiently craft creative communication with ease. I have learned many things over a number of years. Now is a good time for me to start my own advertising agency. It means that I will be my own boss. That is the best thing in the world. I will get the ball rolling by setting up an office space. I do not want to spend too much money at this point. I think I can furnish my office with second hand furniture. All it will need is minor touching up.
