A good friend of mine has changed jobs for more than 10 times in the past 15 years! Can you believe that?! When I visited him earlier this year, I had found that he had changed jobs – yet again. This time, he is working as a barista. He feels that this job is the ONE. In fact, he was so convinced that he even gotten a Delonghi espresso machine for his own use and for when he needs to entertain. I must say he did make a great cup of espresso when I visited him. Actually, this friend of mine holds a degree in marketing but had always been on the lookout for the job that he feels most comfortable in. He had worked in a bank, a hotel chain, fast food restaurant, oil and gas company, to name just a few. He hardly stay more than 2 years in one job despite all his friends’ advices. We do worry a lot about him sometimes. I do hope that this is the work that he has been looking for all this while.
